"psquared AgentHub" refers to the platform and all related services provided by psquared GmbH.

"Chat Agent" (or "Chatbot"): An AI agent that can be implemented on your website or app to interact with users. Priced by base fee plus per resolved chat.

"Special Agent": An agent for automating internal company processes. Priced by tokens, which can be purchased in bundles.

"Overseer Agent": An agent that manages other special agents to automate entire departments. Priced by tokens.

"Tool Agent": A reusable integration or automation, which can be created by users or psquared and may be shared as templates.

"Resolved Chat": A chat marked as resolved, not resolved, or undecided by an objective AI agent each evening.

"Tokens": Usage credits for special/overseer agents, purchased in bundles or via subscription.

"Trial": A 14-day free trial for chat agents, and free monthly tokens for special agent services.

To use our services, you must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you wish to receive payments or payouts through our platform, you must complete the Stripe onboarding process.

Stripe, our payment processor, will perform all necessary age and identity verification in accordance with their policies and applicable law. We do not collect or store sensitive age verification documents; all such information is handled directly by Stripe. By creating an account and/or using payment features, you confirm that you meet these age requirements and agree to comply with all verification procedures required by Stripe.

psquared AgentHub offers the following services:

• Chat Agents: AI chatbots for websites/apps, priced by base fee plus per resolved chat. Not token-based.
• Special Agents: Automate internal company processes. Priced by tokens.
• Overseer Agents: Manage special agents to automate departments. Priced by tokens.
• Tool Agents & Templates: Integrations and automations, including user-created and psquared-provided templates. Custom development may incur additional charges.

Agent types can work together to automate business processes. Users can build agent networks and share templates (future feature).

Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including underlying software, documentation, trademarks, and logos) remain the exclusive property of psquared GmbH or its licensors. Users receive no rights in the Service other than the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license expressly granted herein. Users retain ownership of their own data and content submitted to the Service, subject to the license granted to psquared GmbH to provide and improve the Service.

psquared AgentHub uses trusted third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, and payments. For full details on our infrastructure, subprocessors, and data handling practices, please see our Privacy Policy.

• Chat Agents: Base fee per agent plus fee for each resolved chat. Usage and upcoming bills are visible in the usage tab.
• Special/Overseer Agents: Token-based pricing. Tokens can be purchased in bundles or via subscription.
• Trial: 14-day free trial for chat agents. Free monthly tokens for special agent services.
• Billing cycles, overages, and usage calculations are transparently displayed in your account.

Users can create tools that make API calls to other services. psquared GmbH is not responsible for how data is managed by third-party APIs. Users can flag API input as 'sensitive', which will be strongly encrypted in our database. Users may share their own agents as templates in the future.

psquared may offer custom tool/agent development for an additional charge. A future marketplace will allow users to share and use agent templates.

• Chats are deleted automatically 60 days after their last message (adjustable for higher tiers).
• Users can flag API input as 'sensitive' for strong encryption.
• AI agents may flag conversations as likely to contain personal data, which will be subject to stricter retention requirements.
• Personal data collected by chat agents will not be sent to the LLM layer to minimize data exposure.

Some decisions (e.g., chat resolution) are made by AI. Users have the right to request human review of AI decisions. psquared AgentHub is committed to transparency and explainability in accordance with the EU AI Act.

Users must use the service lawfully, comply with all applicable laws, and adhere to third-party API terms. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their data and integrations.

All content, features, and functionality available through our platform-including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and audio- are the exclusive property of psquared GmbH or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of our platform or its content without our express written consent. By submitting or uploading any content to our platform, you grant us a non - exclusive, worldwide, royalty - free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

psquared GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. See also our Privacy Policy for more details.

You agree not to use our platform to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any applicable law or the rights of others. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you engage in such conduct. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities or comply with legal requirements if necessary to protect our users, our platform, or the public.

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website, sending notification via email, or requiring acceptance upon login. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

• Heroku (EU): Hosting for psquared AgentHub, ensuring high availability and security within the EU.
• Supabase (EU): Used for our database, user authentication (cookie-based), and file storage (images, logos). Sensitive data is highly encrypted.
• Stripe: All payment processing on our platform is handled by Stripe. Stripe cookies may store address and credit card data. psquared does not store credit card data directly.
  If you are eligible to receive payments or payouts, you will be required to complete Stripe’s onboarding process, which includes age and identity verification. Stripe may require you or your legal guardian (if you are under 18) to provide documentation directly to them. We do not have access to or store these documents. For more information, please refer to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI: Used for LLM (AI) features. OpenAI does not use any customer data for training and does not save conversations on their end. All customer data is only stored on our EU-hosted servers and database.

For enterprise customers, we offer the option to host open source LLMs within the EU for maximum data sovereignty and compliance.

The Early Bird discount is valid for 1 years from the date of activation. It includes all features available at the time of purchase. Upcoming features may require additional unlocks or charges. Early Bird customers acknowledge that the app is newly released and may still contain minor bugs. We are grateful for any feedback provided by Early Bird users to help us improve the platform.

Reselling of chatbots and agents created on psquared AgentHub is explicitly allowed. Users who resell or white-label agents are solely responsible for managing their own customers' data, chat data, and tool usage. psquared GmbH is not responsible for how resellers handle their customers' data or compliance with applicable laws.
